Surrey Services for Seniors (Surrey) is a leader in providing community and connection to help older adults navigate and thrive in each of the transitional phases of older life. Surrey inspires and enables all of us, as we age, to live with independence and dignity, and as engaged members of the community.

Surrey provides critically needed services like transportation, nutrition, resource navigation, and small home repairs, around core home-care services while offering center-based services, including fitness programs, support groups, and educational, cultural and arts programming. Surrey’s broad range of services are provided by nurses, social workers, experienced staff in the field of aging services, and a well-prepared volunteer corps.

Dr. Edward D. Latham is Chair of Music Studies and Coordinator of the DMA in Music Performance program at Temple University’s Boyer College of Music and Dance, where he advises some of the Greater Philadelphia area’s finest student musicians. He is a professional tenor, and has performed with the resident choir of the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Philadelphia Singers, the Philadelphia Chamber Choir, the Mendelssohn Club and the Music Group of Philadelphia. As Director of the Villanova University Singers, a member of the Tonics, and an alum of the Yale Alley Cats and Yale Whiffenpoofs, he has toured the world, with over 250 total performances to his credit. Currently the Director of Music at St. Thomas of Villanova Parish (Villanova, PA) and Daylesford Abbey (Paoli, PA), Dr. Latham accompanies regularly on both the piano and the organ, and directs multiple choirs of all ages.
